1. Do you have a physical location or brick and mortar store?

A: No, currently we are only online.

 

2. What countries do you ship to? 

A: We ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. 

3. What payment options do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as Diner’s Club, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, and Venmo.

 

4. What is Shop Pay?

A: Shop Pay is a service we offer that allows you to pay in full at checkout, or split your purchase into four equal, bi-weekly, interest-free installment payments for orders between $50 and $3,000. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. Your credit score is not affected. 

5. Can I change my order after I checkout?

A: Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. If you have a question about any of our items please reach out to us through email at treschicboutique19@yahoo.com.

 

6. Can I return an item if I change my mind once I receive my order?

A: Of course! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept returns within 14 days for store credit (E-Gift Card). Check out our return policy for additional information. 

7. What do I do if I receive a damaged item? 

A: Notify us within three days and send us a photo of the damaged item to treschicboutique19@yahoo.com. We will gladly do an even exchange if your size is available or issue store credit (E-Gift Card). Please check out our return policy for additional information. 

8. Do you sell gift cards? 

A: We sure do! We sell E-Gift Cards that can be purchased in denominations of $10, $25, $50, $75, $100, or $200. The purchaser will receive an email with the E-Gift Card code which can then be forwarded to the intended recipient. Please note that E-Gift Cards are non-refundable. 

9. How do I use my Tres’ Chic Boutique E-Gift Card? 

A: At checkout click on the button that says add a discount code or a gift card. Enter in the gift card code and that amount will be subtracted from your balance.
