Shipping policy
We currently ship anywhere in the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Please allow 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for all orders to be processed after they are confirmed. Occasionally there may be times where there is a longer delay in processing times. We apologize in advance. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. UPS orders domestically or internationally CANNOT be shipped to a P.O. Box.

2nd Day Air $21.23+ 1-2 business days after shipping
The shipping rates indicated above are starting rates only. Exact shipping is calculated at checkout depending on which carrier and service you choose. Shipping rates are calculated based on weight and delivery location of the package. Due to potential transportation issues in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. Territories, shipping could be significantly delayed.
Covid-19 Disclaimer
Due to Covid-19 and other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. We cannot guarantee that packages will be delivered in the guaranteed shipping times and cannot be held liable. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any shipping costs due to the carrier failing to meet their guaranteed shipping times. We offer tracking information with all of our shipments. If there is an issue with your tracking number please contact your carrier. Allow 1-3 days for your tracking information to update. Occasionally tracking information may not update but you will still receive your package.
If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot refund any costs associated with lost or damaged packages. Please reach out to your carrier to file a claim.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure they enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.
