Refund policy
At Tres’ Chic Boutique we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that you may change your mind once you receive your items. With that being said, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit ONLY (Tres’ Chic Boutique E-Gift Card). Our 14 day return policy means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them-unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached, and in its original packaging. All returned items must be free from odor, perfume, stains, and pet hair. You will also need the packing slip that has your full name, order number, and items you would like to return.
To start a return, click on the link below https://shopify.com/61410541805/account. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Once we receive your return and it’s approved, we will refund the full purchase amount to a Tres’ Chic Boutique E-Gift Card sent to your order’s email address. Unfortunately, original shipping cost are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as FINAL SALE.
To submit a return request please follow the instructions below:
Go to the return and refund policy page, and then click on the requested link to request a return.
Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
Click "Request return".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Defective or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective or damaged please send us a photo to treschicboutique19@yahoo.com within three days of receiving your order. We will gladly exchange the item for you if your size is available or issue store credit (Tres’ Chic Boutique E-Gift Card) for the full purchase amount. Store credit will be sent to your order's email address. Please note that we always inspect all of our items before sending them out to customers, but we are human and may miss a defect.
Unfortunately, if we are not notified within three days, we are no longer responsible for the defective or damaged item and the item will not qualify for a return.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or sizing.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items There are certain items that cannot be returned like custom products (special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (beauty products like makeup and nail polish), lingerie, earrings, hair accessories, sale items, or gift cards. Feel free to reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about specific items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will issue you store credit (Tres’ Chic Boutique E- Gift Card) in the amount of the full purchase price minus any shipping costs.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for the same item in a different size. However, due to limited quantities the requested size may not be available. If you would like to do an even exchange but your size is not available, then we will issue you store credit (Tres’ Chic Boutique E-Gift Card) in the amount of the full purchase price minus any shipping costs. You can choose to purchase a different item or sign up on our notification list and we will notify you when we get the returned item back in stock.
